Can you tell us a bit about yourself and your background? I'm a breakthrough mentor and energy alchemist. I help my clients achieve breakthroughs, energy mastery, and emotional clarity through a unique quantum-like protocol. This approach bridges the gap between cognitive and energetic realms, empowering individuals to unlock their full potential and experience profound personal transformation, rapidly and sustainably. | What inspired you to start a podcast? A Life TO LOVE emerged from my transformative journey to sovereignty. It's a platform for exploring conscious living and practical self-love, moving beyond buzzwords. By examining our lives through the eyes of love rather than the mind, I invite listeners to embrace their BIG life - one they fiercely love and that loves them back, sharing diverse perspectives and real experiences along the way. |
How did you come up with the name of your podcast? "A Life TO LOVE" emerged during a transformative period when I recognized that my legacy lies in shifting from self-loathing and low self-worth to embracing self-love and sovereignty. This name reflects my commitment to examining life through the lens of love rather than the mind, inviting others to embody practical self-love as a way of living, rather than just an aspiration. | What is the main focus or theme of your show? The main focus of "A Life TO LOVE" is to explore self-love as a pathway to living a fulfilling life. Each episode delves into conscious living and practical strategies that empower listeners to cultivate and enjoy love in their daily experiences. By sharing diverse perspectives and real-life stories, I want to create a community that embraces a life they adore. ![]() |
Have there been any particularly memorable moments during the recording that stick out to you? You mean like those times when the recording disappears? I know when I'm going through personal quantum shifts, then this can happen. Then I simply start over and trust that the message is clearer this time...
| Who has been one of your favorite guests so far, and why? While I haven't had guests on this podcast yet, I’ve truly enjoyed every collaboration I’ve experienced. Each guest brings their own unique perspective and energy, making every conversation special in its own way. I appreciate the richness that diverse voices contribute to discussions. What's next for your show – any exciting plans we should know about? I am starting my year-long mentorship under John C. Maxwell's "High Capacity Leaders". I am very excited to see what doors open for the podcast in that. Hopefully, we see some powerhouse leaders from that space on the show. |
A special thanks to TRILBY for sharing her insightful podcast journey thus far and we wish her all the best with her continued podcast growth.
