Three-in-five Americans listen to podcasts, with one-third discovering them through social media; furthermore, 44% consider buying products or services they heard about on a podcast.

How did you come up with the name of your podcast?

It is a terrible name, but since we have had it for so long and have the URL and socials, we just have kept it. I think I thought of it while promotions director at our college station and it seemed right at the time, multiple meanings, etc.

What is the main focus or theme of your show?

Our show is a stream-of-consciousness comedy, each week we bring a story about something that has happened to us and try to spin the most humourous or strange version of it to each other. While the other person picks it apart, the focus is always on humor.

Have there been any particularly memorable moments during the recording that stick out to you?

With 1500 shows, there are many. Trying to catch which of my cats was messing on the floor, Miles’s horrible attire while meeting celebrities, and many stories about our children growing up and the funny things that they said or did.

Who has been one of your favorite guests so far, and why?

One of my favorite guests was Sir John Hargrave, he was an internet media pioneer as well.

What's next for your show – any exciting plans we should know about?

We celebrate 25 years this year of our weekly show in January, we have been sending out links to old shows from each year in our socials as a year-long celebration so far, not sure what we will do for the new year yet.
