SiriusXM May Add Netflix Video Podcasts

Netflix is trying to license popular video podcasts from SiriusXM as it makes a big push into video podcasts. If a deal is made, these podcasts would be exclusive to Netflix and not on rival platforms like YouTube. Netflix has made similar offers to iHeartMedia and reached out to several major agents to add more video podcasters. Last month, Netflix also signed a podcast deal with Spotify to bring select podcasts to its platform. This move is part of Netflix's effort to compete with YouTube, which is currently the top platform for podcasts.

Knowledge Fight

Knowledge Fight is a Chicago-based podcast hosted by former comedians Dan Friesen and Jordan Holmes that systematically analyzes and deconstructs the misinformation spread by Alex Jones and his InfoWars platform. Since its launch in 2017, the show has combined rigorous research with dark humor, tracing the origins of Jones’s conspiracy theories—sometimes back decades—while breaking down the mechanics of conservative propaganda and grifters across politics, religion, and pop culture. Friesen’s detailed investigative work has proven so authoritative that he was consulted as an expert witness in the Sandy Hook legal cases against Jones, transforming the podcast from critical commentary into an essential resource for understanding and confronting modern disinformation.

Podcast Tip Of The Day
The right time to hire help isn't when you're completely overwhelmed—it's when administrative tasks start consistently stealing time from content creation. Look for these key signals: you're regularly working late just to handle emails and editing, you're delaying episode releases because of production backlog, or you're saying "no" to growth opportunities like sponsorships or live events due to lack of capacity. Start with a part-time audio editor or virtual assistant for tasks that drain your creative energy, then expand your team as revenue grows to protect what made your show special in the first place—your voice and vision.

A Final Note
“Asking for help isn't a sign that you're failing—it's proof that you're building something worth growing..”
