Golden Globes to Honor Best Podcast

The Golden Globes is introducing a new award category for the Best Podcast of the year. This addition will debut at the 83rd annual event on January 11, 2026. The inclusion recognizes the diverse talents in podcasting which has seen significant growth worldwide. Global audiences for audio and video podcasts are expected to surpass 600 million in 2026. The announcement follows a successful show in 2025 hosted by Nikki Glaser.
