Can you tell us a bit about yourself and your background? I am based in Washington D.C. I am a therapist in the Maryland area and very new to the coaching scene. It is my passion to connect with people and hear their stories. I enjoy exploring avenues where I can weave the human experience and my passion for advocacy. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my dog and reading. | What inspired you to start a podcast? One day I woke up and felt like I had something to say that was much deeper than calling a friend or writing it out in my journal. My purpose in life has always been the desire for people to feel seen, heard, and understood. I didn't know what that would look like at the time, but I stumbled into a free master class on podcasting and I knew it was something I wanted to pursue. |
How did you come up with the name of your podcast? Huge shoutout to my podcast & mindset coach Chelsea Riffe who has helped me build out this show from ground up. We were on call one day brainstorming show titles and I expressed wanting a name that conveys that all parts of who we are are welcome... alas All Our Parts was born. | What is the main focus or theme of your show? I primarily focus on relationships, self-love, wellness, and spirituality. However, this show is not all love and light. This show is meant to be an outlet for people to feel like they are less alone in their darkest hour. This show explores the good, the messy, and sometimes unspoken parts of the human experience like grief, loss, and pain. ![]() |
Have there been any particularly memorable moments during the recording that stick out to you? I am always in awe of what my guests are willing to share on the show. I love letting my guests share their expertise and I fill in the gaps. My episode with Giselle Baumet is a memorable one. We discuss the idea that in the same way we can manifest things we want, we can also manifest things we do not want. It was eye opening for me because I had not thought about it in that way.
| Who has been one of your favorite guests so far, and why? Oh this is a tough one because I have a few guests that I am 100% looking forward to that I have not yet recorded with. Right now, I will say Kellyn Legath. The conversation just flowed. What's next for your show – any exciting plans we should know about? I have some amazing guests lined up for the latter half of the year- I am so excited! I am also making plans to attend Podcast Movement 2025 in Chicago! I would love to connect with some folks. I also hope to interview Glennon Doyle one day.. a girl can dream. |
A special thanks to JAZZMYN for sharing her insightful podcast journey thus far and we wish her all the best with her continued podcast growth.
