Podcast Tip Of The Day

Your podcast email list is a direct channel to your most loyal listeners—so treat it with care. Write content that speaks to their interests (not just your announcements), use emotion to connect, and always A/B test subject lines to improve open rates. Set up an automated welcome series that makes new subscribers feel valued and tells them what to expect. Remember: great email content keeps listeners coming back, while generic blasts can cost you subscribers.

Pro tip: Personalize beyond the first name—reference their listening history or survey responses to make messages feel truly tailored.

A Final Note

“Understanding your target audience is the key to creating a podcast that not only grows but truly resonates.”
