How did you come up with the name of your podcast?

I named my podcast LOTUSLIKE to honor the wisdom of the Lotus People from ancient Egypt, as described in Queen Afua’s Sacred Woman, and the transformative power of the lotus flower in Thich Nhat Hanh’s No Mud, No Lotus. It’s my prayer that through this journey, we all can embody the lotus’s grace, turning challenges into beauty and healing.

What is the main focus or theme of your show?

LOTUSLIKE explores mental and spiritual wellness through storytelling and transformative practices, blending ancient wisdom with neuroscience. The show helps creatives understand how the brain can be a powerful tool for managing energy and emotions, supporting personal growth and resilience.

Have there been any particularly memorable moments during the recording that stick out to you?

One of the most memorable moments during recording has been witnessing the genuine love and connection between my guests, myself, and our community. These heartfelt exchanges make each episode truly special, reinforcing the deep bonds we share and the transformative power of our conversations.
