Spotify Recognizes Most Streamed Podcasts with New Award Program Spotify has introduced the Creator Milestone Awards to honor podcasters who reach certain streaming thresholds. The first awards have been given in three categories: bronze for 100 million streams, silver for 250 million streams, and gold for 500 million streams. The only two recipients of the gold award so far are "The Joe Rogan Experience" and "Crime Junkie". |  |

The podcast originally started in 2021 and the sisters discuss their personal lives as well as interview guests. 'The Rest Is History' Podcast to be Adapted for TV The popular podcast, The Rest Is History, is set to be made into a TV series. The podcast's production company Goalhanger has partnered with Wheelhouse to create the show based on its library of over 600 episodes. The Rest Is History, which gets over 12 million downloads a month and explores historical events and figures in depth, will continue to be hosted by historians Tom Holland and Dominic Sandbrook. |  |
