She was the main writer for "Hot Pod," a section dedicated to discussing developments in the world of podcasts. Shapiro was also responsible for writing both the free and paid-for newsletters at “Hot Pod”.

Blanchard Valley Health System (BVHS) has introduced a new podcast titled “Health Connect.” This podcast explores the numerous relationships between BVHS services and the communities it aids.

Triton Digital, a leading provider of technology and services for digital audio, podcast, and broadcast radio sectors, recently disclosed its U.S. Podcast Ranker for the March 2024 reporting period (February 26 to March 31, 2024). The ranking was determined using Triton's Podcast Metrics measurement service.

In 2009, Adam Carolla surprised many in the radio industry by launching a podcast after his LA-based morning show ended due to a format change. At that time, podcasts were not widely known or popular among Americans. Now, on the 15th anniversary of his podcast, Tesla drivers can enjoy a selection of Carolla's top episodes directly from their car dashboard.
