As the day goes on, podcast listening rates drop, but overnight listening still makes up 14%. People’s routines vary, so podcasts are enjoyed at all hours.

Podcast Tip Of The Day
To accurately assess your podcast's performance, compare it to similar shows in your niche that target a comparable audience and have a similar publishing history—not just the industry giants. Track your own growth by consistently comparing new episode performance against your past episodes, focusing on metrics like retention rate, downloads, and audience engagement. This dual approach helps you set realistic goals, identify content strategies that work specifically for your audience, and maintain a clear path of continuous improvement.

A Final Note
“Measure your growth against your own progress, not just someone else's highlight reel.”
