Podcast Tip Of The Day
Instead of forcing full episodes during the holidays, embrace strategic "laziness" by planning a seasonal shift to shorter formats like mini-episodes, best-of compilations, or casual Q&As that require minimal editing. Schedule breaks in advance and communicate them to your audience—they'll appreciate the honesty, and you'll return refreshed rather than burnt out. Remember, consistency matters more than perfection, and sometimes the most professional thing you can do is press pause.
Quick win: Repurpose a clip from your most popular episode into a "throwback" post—engagement without new recording!

A Final Note
“Hit record before you feel ready—the magic is often found in the unscripted moments.”
